Behind the Canvas

Hi! Thank you for checking out my page! My name is Shannon. I am 22 and graduated from St. Lawrence University in May. I graduated with a bachelors of art and majored in Sociology and Minor in Education and Art. I would ultimately like to pursue a career in Graphic Design in the Northeast.

Outside of graphic design, I enjoy many kinds of art: ceramics, drawing, painting, etc. I have always had a passion for art that started from painting with my grandmother. In addition to a passion, art was always a connection to my grandmother. I am grateful for the many opportunities that I have had to try new forms of art outside of my comfort zone that have led me to where I am today.

Outside of art, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, working out, running, baking, and cooking. I would like to think of myself as a creative, resourceful, and caring person. I hope to use this page as a portfolio for my art, and maybe I will work up to selling some of my art. I also hope to take commissions and create personalized art that people enjoy looking at and designing with me. Again, thank you for joining me.
